Before reaching our state-of-the-art solvent extraction plant, the sunflower seeds undergo a crucial transformation. Sunflower seeds, which contain 35–42% oil, are processed into sunflower seed cake. This cake still retains 8%-14% oil and is subsequently prepared for further processing in our solvent extraction plant.

Our specialized cake breaker and cooler machines meticulously break and cool the cakes, preparing them for the next stage.
