Software: AutoCAD, Solid-works, PV-ELITE, TANK, HTRI, FEA, ANSIS

Responsible for designing, Fabrication drawing, pipe-line design, plan design, manufacturing process, Engineering principle knowledge, knowledge of Material, Knowledge of engineering, Welding technology, quality and fabrication requirement of international standards.

Good at hand Calculation of the design, Adapt the existing product portfolio available and bring improvement on it using it's design and engineering skill. Analyse and improve existing system designs.

Create necessary drawing and maintain engineering documentation flow and coordinate with vendors to get parts fabricated on budget and on-time.

Create and release engineering drawing, written procedure and bill of material. coordinate with vendor for quality prototype and timely execution of project responsible for.

Create project scope, budget, timeline, etc. for each project that is assigned. Preparing technical reports, design specification document, and operational manuals.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Analyse various manufacturing issue and resolve them in a timely manner. must have basic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing knowledge.

• Design of pressure vessel, heat exchanger, tanks as per ASME and other international code, standards like TEMA, API and others.
• Troubleshoot problems, resolve site problems for equipment engineering.

Qualifications: BE Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical
