Nondestructive Testing (NDT)

- For CE/PED: Notified Body surveillance required (for CAT II & above)
Hydrostatic / Pneumatic Testing
- As per ASME, PED, AS 4037, or CSA requirements
- Typically 1.3–1.5 times design pressure for hydrotest
- Pneumatic testing done under controlled, safe conditions if hydrotest not suitable
