Also, we carry out instrumentation, piping, and accessories work based on the project's requirements.
We also perform Radiography and Hydro tests to ensure that the acid oil plant we offer is reliable. Surprisingly, all the tests we have conducted have come out positive. A clear indication of our team's capability and workmanship.
The process we follow to produce Acid Oil Plant
N&T Engitech, we follow some critical steps while producing an Acid oil plant to ensure that we come up with a high-quality and effective plant. The steps we follow to create an Acid oil plant are.
Homogenization
Soap stock generated from the refinery is added into a reaction vessel and allowed to heat at a temperature of 90-950C.
Acidification
Sulfuric Acid is carefully added to the soap stock, and the reaction is given ten minutes to complete. After that, constant heating is done for approximately two to three hours to facilitate maximum splitting.
Drying
The mixture for the above process is allowed to cool and settle for a few hours. This results in the formation of three different layers: Acid Oil, Acid Sludge, and Acid Water.
