The process we follow to create Distilled Glycerine.

Pre-treatment
The Sweet water (Glycerine solution) is chemically treated to maximise the removal of dissolved organic impurities.
Deaeration
In this process, glycerine is deaerated under a vacuum to eliminate remaining moisture and undissolved gases.
Evaporation
In the main distillation column, glycerine is vaporised while organic and inorganic impurities with high boiling points settle at the base, from where they are extracted. Glycerol and water vapour are cleaned from entrained impurities to obtain pure distilled glycerine.
Bleaching
In this process, the glycerine distillate is filtered under an activated carbon bed to remove colour.
Polishing
After distilling glycerine, non-boiling compounds such as salt get concentrated. In the polishing process, the concentrated glycerine is periodically bled off to the decanter system to remove salt and solid discharge.
